Little Treasury will once again participate in the Titan Cigar Fest at Red Eye's Dock Bar in Grasonville, MD. This is a great event with lot's of cigar makers exhibiting, live music, and available drink and food in an exciting on-the-water setting. September 10, 4-8 pm. As at prior Titan Fests, we will be showing a selection of fine watches, giving out information on our watch lines, and signing people up for a drawing for a fine Tissot limited edition watch provided by Little Treasury Jewelers. Brian Binnie, who piloted the private rocket SpaceShipOne to an altitude of 69.6 miles, thereby winning the $10 million Ansari X Prize will join us for a reception in our store. Brian is the Ball Watch Ambassador for Engineer Hydrocarbon Orbital and Spacemaster watches. In fact his image is on the caseback of the Spacemaster. Brian will address the group on his experiences, sign autographs and pose for pictures, and generally socialize with everyone. It will be interesting to get an update on the Virgin Galactic SpaceShipTwo project, which will provide commercial trips into space in the not-too-distant future.
